Thanking Frontline Workers

This is the Guilford County Wide Cyber Lions' way to annually thank those in the community who are always working and available to the public no matter the circumstance. They are our first points of contact even in the most distressed of times.

Generally, they fall into the following industries, but not limited under: healthcare, public order and safety, hospitality, retail, social work, food industry, mail carriers, major transportation, etc. 

They are vital and critical to the well-being of society and they tirelessly serve others. We choose to thank them every March in a variety of ways.

 

 

WHO ARE WE?

Individuals committed to joining together in service to give their valuable time and effort to improving their communities, and the world.

WHAT IS LIONS LOVE TO READ?

It is a youth literacy program that promotes the joy of reading and community service, while putting a smile on young faces of the future.

WHO DOES IT BENEFIT?

The target age is preschool 2-5 years old and primary school kindergarten through third grades. Ultimately, the goal is to impact the literacy challenge in Childcare Centers and Guilford County Schools.
